Expressions of the Womb: Sound Bath Workshop, is an embodiment sound bath experience. In this practice, individuals will be led through connections with their body through vocal expression, toning, and connecting with the womb space.

The practice will begin, with an introduction to the purpose and depth of connection the womb space offers the body. Then, bringing through the wisdoms of toning, we will utilize the sound bowls to assist our voices, to enter a more fluid state.

This is an interactive practice and participants will practice vocal toning through expression as a group. With each note, of each sound bowl, we will move through the energy centers throughout our practice.

Following the toning exercise, the group will enjoy a sound bath led by Opal to conclude the evening.

Workshop Schedule:

o   Reflections of the Womb Space-An ancestral honoring and witnessing of the womb space and exploring our connection to Earth.

o   Fundamentals of Vocal Toning-Sharing the ancient and medicinal benefits of how the vibration of voice impacts our bodies.

o   Vocal Toning Exercise-Joining these wisdoms of the womb with vocal toning to deepen and recalibrate our bodies internal resonance.

o   Sound Bath- Relaxing practice of sound healing with Opal utilizing sound bowls, and other instruments in closing our sacred space.

The intention of this practice is to deepen the connection with the body through various tonal awarenesses, and empower the feminine wisdom within through the womb space.

This workshop is for those curious about joining the sacred connection with the womb space and exploring the empowered voice with sound healing as a mirror.
