Sound Bath Sundays are offered several times a month by Opal Hopkins. Join Opal in community with others, immerse yourself in the beauty of Sound Bowls, Ocean Drum and other instruments, and enjoy the rich benefits of Sound Healing.

Blankets and yoga mats are provided. Feel free to bring items that make you feel cozy.

Please note there are 8 recliners available with 5+ floor spots. Come early if you have a preference.

The sound bath will take place at Wenatchee Community Acupuncture.
